.Morgan Associates is a associateship with two full time lawyers: Robert B. Morgan and Barbara J. Morgan plus a complement of skilled and experienced staff. Our staff include trained legal secretary and conveyancer Tarra Malyk. Our emphasis is on Legal Solutions.
Robert B. Morgan, B.Sc., L.L.B. commenced the practice of law in 1980. He attended the University of Alberta and received a B.Sc. Honours degree and pursued the study of law at the University of Ottawa where he received his L.L.B. in 1980. Robert has a broad base of experience in all legal matters. As an accomplished litigator and certified specialist in mediation, Robert assists clients in logically and clearly assessing the facts of a case, advising clients as to their options and assisting clients in finding a Legal Solution that best meets their needs.
Barbara J. Morgan, R.N., B.Sc.N., L.L.B. is a registered nurse with 15 years of professional and administrative experience in health care both in the private and public sectors. Barbara obtained her B.Sc.N degree from the University of Ottawa in 1981 and her L.L.B. from the University of Manitoba in 1997. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1998. Barbara practices in all areas of law with an emphasis on personal injury, employment law and arbitration, family, criminal and children's law. Barbara specializes in developing proactive human resource policies, absenteeism programs and disability claims management programs for employers who are concerned about their bottom line. Barbara provides consulting services through ComHealth Services with an emphasis on practical advice for small, medium and large size employers to assist in identifying and resolving employment related matters.
